To update the credit card that is attached to your account, you can:
Email [email protected] and request to change your credit card. We will send you a secure link where you can change your credit card information.
Access the billing portal for your account and make the change yourself online. You can find a link to your account's billing portal by clicking the "Account Management" link found at the bottom of any account statement you have received from [email protected]. Statements are emailed to you whenever a charge to your account is made.
Search your email software for [Statement] in the subject line to find your most recent statement.
When you click the Account Management link at the bottom of the statement, you will be invited to enter the email address associated with your account and then verify it by responding to an email.
Once you have done this, you will be able to access the billing portal and change your credit card information.
The above options can also be used to cancel change your billing plan and cancel your subscription.
If you wish to change the name or email address associated with your account, you will need to send an email to [email protected] to request the change. Changes to your email address or name cannot be made via the billing portal.
