To cancel your subscription, you have the following options:
- Simply write to email@example.com. This is the easiest option, and the one we recommend.
- You can call us at +1.917.740.9773, but writing an email to the above address is preferred and will usually be fastest.
- Access the billing portal for your account and cancel it yourself online. You can find a link to your account's billing portal by clicking the "Account Management" link found at the bottom of any account statement you have received from firstname.lastname@example.org. Statements are emailed to you whenever a charge to your account is made. Search your email software for [Statement] in the subject line to find your most recent statement. When you click the "Account Management" link at the bottom of the statement, you will be invited to enter the email address associated with your account. You will then need to verify your address by responding to an email. Once you have done this, you will be able to access the billing portal and cancel your subscription.
When you email us, we will process your request as soon as possible upon receipt. We usually do so within one business day.
If an automatic charge occurs while your request is in our customer service queue, we will also process a refund of that charge when we process the cancellation.
If you cancel during a paid subscription term, we will set your subscription to cancel at the end of the term for which you have already paid, unless you specify otherwise.
If you request to cancel a paid subscription immediately, instead of waiting until the end of the current term, we will refund to you an amount equal to the unused portion of the subscription term. For example, if you request an immediate cancellation and refund halfway through a yearly term for which you paid $97, we will refund $48.50.
